On Mars 23rd 2003, The author Terje Flaarønning released v0.9.8 (Beta)
of his full featured Inet server package InetPowerServer (IPS). This
latest version of IPS contains a number of fixes and performance
tweaks. Mail and web services has been improved some as well.
