- Associate Consultant – Education Services / Trainer (Around 2 to 3 years of experience in training / content
development)
OR
- Consultant - Education Services / Senior Trainer (Around 3 to 5 years of experience in training / content development)
- Profiles: The person’s resume should match the profiles attached with this mail. They should be involved with technology trainings / teaching.
- Target Companies to look out for:
- NIIT, GNIIT, Aptech, people from educational institutes / colleges waiting for a break through into IT field
- Companies having Software product training.
- Quality to look for in the target persons:
- Essential
- Basic educational qualification as BE /B.Tech/ MCA
- Passion for training
- Self-driven and a good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of technology
- Desirable
- Added advantage if they have SOA/Web Services knowledge
- Software development experience can be an added advantage
- Client – interfacing experience

- Spreading the Client product knowledge to employees, partners and
customers
- Content development – i.e. writing training manuals, workbooks, etc
- Interacting with the developers to keep updated with the product knowledge
