• Manage internet connectivity, vendor relationships; and monitor functioning and costs within all centers

.    Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new  

    Applications and coordinate changes to existing computer systems and  

    Software packages that support end users in the productive usage of

     Technology

• Interact with managerial, administrative and technical staff to determine and support information needs
• Direct the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing
• Assist in testing of MIS soon to be deployed and new IT products for deployment in the centers
• Work with and negotiate with vendors for procurement of hardware, software and other IT related equipments for deployment in the centers
• Provide on going technical support for company-owned centers.
• Supervise the equipment transport and installation in centers
• Monitor and supervise other technology matters of the centers
• Supervise the implementation of the LAN/WAN networking and connectivity requirements in the centers
• Assist in the implementation of MIS tools and data archiving
• Should be having a through knowledge on SAP applications.
• Facilitate problem solving/trouble-shooting of technical and operational issues that arise in the centre.
• Work out priorities for systems developments, maintenance and operations
• Control the security aspects of IT systems
• Basic financial and budgeting skills.
• Provide advice on IT issues and planning
• Should have worked in Biotech/ Pharma or similar company.

·         Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the complete IT hardware (including network), telecommunication systems and software applications (including MS Office, Email, CATIA and later SAP) of the company .Ensures IT security (backup systems and recovery, information leak/loss prevention, antivirus).

• Oversee the administration and operation of the infrastructure to

ensure service and connectivity

• Manage the IT network operations to include: Resolving connectivity problems, assessing and reporting operational status, performing backups and restores, etc.
• Responsible for the systems that provide agency statistics and data
• Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, server information, user access and security

• Effectively administrate the team reporting to him.
• Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Plans and facilitates regular team activities outside of the office.

• Manages day-to-day internal client interaction
• Sets and manages internal client expectations.
• Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

Other Requisite:

Demonstrated technology strategic planning and business analyst experience

Knowledge of agency hardware, software, and operating systems

Strong organizational skills

Superior written and oral communications skills

Leadership skills

Ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds and various levels of technical experience.

Able to work with confidential information

Qualification:

BE / B.Tech - Certified in SAP, LAN Application

Experience: 7 – 10 years preferably in Pharma/ Biotech / Manufacturing industry.
