The requirement as follows:
Manager: Applications
Managers would have min. 8+ years of experience.
· Manage and lead a team of technical engineers
· Manage critical global customer escalations
· Improve process efficiency, quality of service delivery & customer management
· Drive high performance culture
· Experience in Communication Technology is desired
Individual effectiveness Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong people management skills
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Must be highly motivated and self driven
- Good organizational and collaboration skills
Required Technical skills:
· Experience in managing products on application software
· Technical skills in contact centre applications, messaging
· Good knowledge of operating systems like Unix / Linux/ Solaris and databases like Oracle, SQL and internet technologies will be an added advantage
Qualifications:
· BE/MCA or equivalent
· Industry Standard Certifications in Telecom, Data, & ITIL will be an added advantage
· Certifications like ACA, ACS, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, and NCSE would be an added advantage
