Our client Top Notch Product Development Company wants Multi Media Contact Center candidates for Hyderabad & Pune
 
The requirement as follows:
 
Job Description:
 
Provide the primary interface to Avaya’s Direct Customers, Value Added Reseller's and Systems Integrators with overall management of support calls.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain customer incident tracking system with new incidents, updates, and resolutions. Information to include business impact, symptoms, frequency, diagnosis, actions and all relevant data
  • Research and determine nature of customer problems, even in areas outside of Avaya products. This will include access rights for Avaya Customers.
  • Look to provide initial resolution through existing product documentation and release notes, solution database searches or by means of reproducing and isolating the problem using available systems and support tools.
  • Provide regular feedback on the status of open calls to customers and business partners, whilst setting the correct levels of expectation for problem resolution.
  • Attempt to test and validate proposed fixes and resolutions prior to being issued to the customer where possible.
  • Attend training courses to sustain/enhance product knowledge and work in accordance with the policies and procedures

Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred:
  • BE/MCA or equivalent
  • Have a good understanding of Contact Center Products (Avaya Preferred)
  • Have a technical background in Contact Center Products and  Knowledge in Windows, TCP/IP, Switch, UNIX servers and RDBMS knowledge useful
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, both orally and written
  • Excellent problem determination and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to cope under pressure and solve problems with customers
  • Certifications like ACA, ACS, MCSE, and MCSD would be an added advantage
