  • Supervise the implementation of the LAN/WAN networking and connectivity requirements in the centers
  • Assist in the implementation of MIS tools and data archiving
  • Should be having a through knowledge on SAP applications.
  • Facilitate problem solving/trouble-shooting of technical and operational issues that arise in the centre.
  • Work out priorities for systems developments, maintenance and operations
  • Control the security aspects of IT systems
  • Basic financial and budgeting skills.
  • Provide advice on IT issues and planning
  • Should have worked in Biotech/ Pharma or similar company.

·         Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the complete IT hardware (including network), telecommunication systems and software applications (including MS Office, Email, CATIA and later SAP) of the company .Ensures IT security (backup systems and recovery, information leak/loss prevention, antivirus).

  • Oversee the administration and operation of the infrastructure to

ensure service and connectivity

 

  • Manage the IT network operations to include: Resolving connectivity problems, assessing and reporting operational status, performing backups and restores, etc.
  • Responsible for the systems that provide agency statistics and data
  • Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, server information, user access and security
