Sorry, but I don't agree that CSTE is more recognized. ISTQB is an
global certification with equal recognition all over the world. It
has national board in more than 45 countries all over the world and
more than 1,00,000 Certified Testers. It has equal recogntion in U.S,
U.K, Europe, Asia...

If you talk about india scenario all the major IT Companies recognize
and promote ISTQB Certifications. It has ained high recognition in
Indian market and is the leading certification in industry.
