ISTQB is an global certification, it is not confined to any region,
you can say CSTE has limited approach or recognition but ISTQB is an
International Certification with high recognition in U.S, U.K,
Europe, Asia. There are more than 45 national boards all over the
world, so you can have an idea of its global view.
