This ITIL group exists to enable the free discussion of developments surrounding ITIL, the IT Infrastructure Library. It should not be used to promote products or services: commercial resources and copies of ITIL itself can be found at the ITIL Directory. The ITIL Toolkit now has its own web site at ITIL Toolkit. Members are therefore urged to avoid too much emphasis on specific commercial solutions.

Hopefully, the forum will also serve as a resource for members to assist each other in the understanding of key ITIL concepts and ideas.
