Application Delivery using a Zero Footprint Approach   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #385 of 556 |
Hello All,

I am a final year student studying for a BSc Hons in Computing, and I
am currently writing a dissertation on application delivery using
a 'Zero Footprint' approach.

If possible I would like opinions or thoughts regarding the
possibility of delivering applications to users with little or no
software footprint being installed on the host machines. I'd also be
very interested in what 'Zero Footprint' means to different people.

My own opinion based on the research I've done to date would lead me
to believe that its not possible to deliver applications with an
absolute zero footprint.

If anyone else is interested in this area or is currently working on
similar ideas and would like to share ideas and articles please feel
free to email me.

Many Thanks

Rob Parry
