Could you perhaps read the manuals/books for each method and compare
yourself?
I feel that would be a great learning experience, if one has enough cycles
to burn.

What are the OO development methods/methodologies/lifecycle. SSADM goes fine with SDLC but its definitely obsoltete and companies are shifting to Object...
