We are doing some of the furniture for the CAES building and are working with Kathy Simpson (Mike Simpson’s wife who works for the INL).The building is suppose to be ready around the first of Sept and we might be able to arrange a tour for those interested. Want me to try? It’s early yet to get that set up but I can at least let her know we’d be interested.

Do you know Syed? I met him yesterday at Darrell Buffalo's farewell reception. Syed is the environmental specialist with Facilities Services at ISU. He is doing his dissertation on a comparison between the
CAES Building (a green building in) and other normal or regular buildings. The Center for Advanced Energy Studies is the ISU/U of I/BSU buildilng that Darrell ' Idaho Falls received an award for for its energy savings. - at least a LEEDS silver, and maybe a Buffalo LEEDS gold. Anyway, Syed should be full of information on making buildings energy efficient.Donna
