Having problems with message search?
You would do well to read ALL of the book,
The Omnivores’ Dilemma, to understand the proper role of raising cattle
in the whole continuity of food production. 4-footed animals have their place
on the farm and cattle would do better if they were returned to the grass fed
farms they originally grazed and got out of the feed lots. Read the book. It is
well worth your time. It is complicated but it all makes sense in the end.
