Primates constitute a very important component of wild fauna, especially of the tropical ecosystems. There have been few serious attempts to study the conservation ecology of few primate speceis, but the larger groups in India still remains unstudied. This forum is launched for all those who are seriously interested in augmenting the primate conservation mandate vis-a-vis the biodiversity conservation, much in the applied sense, thus ensuring that studies conducted are put to applied use in teh field by Wildlife managers. In this forum, we can share our views, information, and strategies in this unique yet unstudied filed of wildlife conservation.
