Re: Introduction message

Ric,

As a follow up to Dan's email, I would caution against using Idealware
extensively. After a fair amount if research on behalf or our own platform,
it seems that Idealware is pretty exclusionary and their methods for whom
they select are pretty murky. As best I can tell, selection has no clear
criteria and is often made by a very small group of consultants who are
often themselves doing paid implementation work with the solutions that they
are recommending - an obvious conflict of interest which is generally not
acknowledged by Idealware unfortunately and suggests that the built in
biases may make their information less than fair or credible for the sector.

Hope that helps!

Nick
