Finally found time to install CB update. Still no 5 volts. Still trying. Thinking about a reinstall of CB, and updates, just to make sure all CB files are in working order. As it stands now, CB says the amp comes on and off, but 5 volts does not appear at either 278 or 378 IO for printer port. I poked around LPT 1, and found a constant 5 volts, just to check my meter and test set up, and connections are good. I keep thinking that there must be some win 98 file or CB file missing that affects the LPT port operation.
