Hi Bill.
You may want to test the lpt port by temporarily adding a printer and
printing something. Once you have successfully printed a test page,
then you could look in properties of your printer driver to see which
lpt port it is, then look in device manager to see whether that port
ytou used is 278 or 378. Then use that one specified.
I did put up one more update just a couple nights ago in the wee hours
of the morning, that fixed the problem of the system remembering
which port after a reboot. There are others who are finding this
feature correctly working, and now with persistent setting. I do not
ignore any instance of problems, however, and I'm sure we will get it
working. What is the operasting system you are running this on?
