I do believe Robison uses a Keyboard to create these wonderful rich sounding carillon sounds. The music sounds very much like a rack of bell being played. As far as the getting the music is concerned I would just download his DEMO program it does come with bell music however you will have a limit time to use it and no programing ability's.
Then if you like it, just purchase the proper version it and you will have a very good program for you to use. Hope this helps
