Hi David.
I'm not sure what went on there with the Update.
It obviously did not find the folder in which to place the ChurchBells
program.
Some older versions need to install the full rather than update, because
enough things got to be different. Later versions just get the update
though.
If you reinstall the program you will keep your license; it won't go away.
So you can safely uninstall, then install the latest full version.
