Seems that any added sound files must be in MS-DOS 8.3 file name
format, all uppercase. That's a big deal - did I miss this in the
documentation?

Since I am creating my own sound files, this is a big restriction...
can we get a fix?

One other note - would it be possible to have the "Explore Sounds"
panel sort by song description rather than file name? Does seem to
be a bit more functional (though if the filename issue isn't fixed,
I understand the need for the sort on file name.)
