It looks as if you might have found a FORM method=POST site IntelliWebSearch
can't handle, although the reason doesn't appear to be the server settings.
It seems to have something to do with the complicated set of nested frames.
It may be setting a cookie too.

What is the name of this competitor? Can it handle the Grand Dictionnaire
site? If it can, I suspect IntelliWebSearch can too: it is just a question
of finding the right strings.
