Check your physical layer definitions. More than likely you have defined the layers of your board to be bonding layers. Bonding layers by definition have wires that are connected at ANY angle.

Yes, bonding layers are used to draw the wires used in wire-bonding. They are always ANY angle because with wire bonds they are almost always at odd angles. ...
