I have a through-hole geometry placed on the top of a board that
requires a component placement keepout underneath it. I tried creating
separate place_1 and place_2 component_placement_outlines and turning
component_specific_layers on (like we do in Boardstation). That didn't
work. How can I do this? I know that adding a board_placement_keepout
would work, but I need something that is attached to the component.
