We have lots of good clover honey this year. What is the best way to
filter it so we can get this crystal clear honey that I see other
selling. Ours is very good tasting...but after letting it settle and
straining off bits of extra wax there is still a lot of particulate
in it that makes it look foggy. Is there a filter process I'm
missing?
