RE: [KEEPINGBEES] crystal clear honey

strain it through a fine nylon mesh. the bee supply places sell material and
bags, or you can get it at a local sewing store. make sure it is a fine
mesh, nylon material - cheesecloth will leave particals in the honey.

some store honey is heated and ultra-filtered == you should not expect to be
exactly like theirs.

Subject: [KEEPINGBEES] crystal clear honey

We have lots of good clover honey this year. What is the best way to
filter it so we can get this crystal clear honey that I see other
selling. Ours is very good tasting...but after letting it settle and
straining off bits of extra wax there is still a lot of particulate
in it that makes it look foggy. Is there a filter process I'm
missing?

Sounds like a jelly bag would work also, for honey that's quite warm and not too large of amounts. Cheesecloth really doesn't work well at all. Will have to...
