Five Layers of Significance in semiological processes

Any comment is welcome, in-forum or off-line, save slurs, slanders, or common hubris.  Any suggestions toward improvement would be greatly appreciated.

As this is part of an early and developing Theory of Informational Perception (TIP) [quite rough] of mine toward emergent processing of information streams to reveal significant structuralization toward automated series predictions (an artifact-ual intelligence [aI] initiative toward an agency of learned responsiveness), your feedback will help me properly situate the verbiage and diction toward something understandable, which to my knowledge is original thought.  Therefore, your patience and forbearing attitude will be reckoned as a gesture of friendship and collaborative foundation.
