"Mental time"   Message List

Dear Dr. Hitoshi Kitada (Tokyo), Dr. Akira Kanda (London?), et al.

Hitoshi wrote on 11/13/2008 at 21:09 hrs to Akira in Great Britain (?):
"What is your definition of "mental time?" When we think about things
outside of us, we usually forget our own time. This is peter's Now Time,
I think. I regard this "now time" as mental time. How can we measure
mental time? Do you have any mental clock inside of your mental world? I
do not understand what you mean by mental time. I should appreciate it
if your would explain or define "mental time."

Later Hitoshi wrote: "The mental time you refer to seems to be the sub-
jective time that Rajiv, [peter] et al. have been talking on this list."
Akira replies on 11/14/08 at 13:44 hrs: "I will study their discussion."

The above dialogue needs a clarification, according to the "RBC Theory."

Kingdom Animalia does have an interior VERY IMPORTANT clock which is not
within one's mind as described by one's "Event Space" (acronym "Essos").
The medical name for this vital biological clock for mammals is known as
one's "SupraChiasmatic Nucleus" (acronym SCN) and if injured the "owner"
usually dies within seconds! An SCN is a "master clock," controlling the
"heart-brain complex" as well as many other "bodily, biological clocks."
When one's "Mental Thought Process, MTP," requires REAL BIOLOGICAL TIME,
it must send a message to its SCN, which lies in the "memory space" just
inside the interior boundary of "Essos" (of mind) & just as for external
clocks, a "Mental Vector Process, MVP" transports the reading ON, AT, IN
the SCN to a REAL MENTAL TIME which is: "THE MENTAL READING OF A CLOCK."
It is one's SCN which: 1) wakes you up in the morning, 2) speeds up your
heart when you jog or run, and, 3) can cause "jet lag," when you travel.

Repeating: Such is NOT "mental time" until an "MVP" creates "REAL TIME."

And, it is "REAL TIME," and only "REAL TIME" which is "SUBJECTIVE TIME."

And, "ALL REAL TIME IS 'NOW TIME'" (Concepts 57 and 61, in "TIME" book).

So what then are the "temporal concepts" of one's "objective world" i.e.
that world lying outside one's mind, one's Event Space, (one's "Essos").

They are "temporal SCALAR labels" (& NOT REAL TIME) and they desperately
need "new semantics" to make it VERY clear that they are: NOT REAL TIME!
Such SCALAR labels are as colourtags or pricetags, & are thus "timetags"
of "Conventional time, Ct/t," & "Timetags" of "Rhythm Based Time, RT/T,"
where your birthDATE is a "timetag" & your next birthDAY is a "Timetag."

Sincerely, 'peter' c. beamish, ph.d., director, "CETA-Research," Canada.
"CETA" is: "CommunicaTions Et (And) 'TEMPS (TIME = t + T)' AssociaTion."
- The seemingly important "MVP Concept" DEFINES: "A New Mind Concept." -

"A duration (of time)" is this day #(365250+/-1461)+365250+2878=~#733378
in this 3rd Millennium. "A duraTion (of Time)" is: day #322 of this "Sun
Cycle," or this 11:00:00 hours, minutes, secs, of "NLTime" (not "time").
