Dear peter, You have made decision in favor of Immanuel Kant, that TIME
is within the mind- - - - - - - [Yes! "REAL TIME" is "MENTAL NOW TIME."]
-as a form - of intuition. [But, intuition may involve internal "MVPs."]
The second form - necessary in order to observe is Euclidean SPACE. [OK]
Your theory is a noble variation of Kant's critical idealism. - [Merci!]

Some excerpts from my book (pp. 25-32): - - - - - [Why not trade books?]
Kant classified space and time as "forms of sensibility" in the mind. -
[No! "REAL TIME" is IN the mind; real space can be outside of the mind.]
- All experience shows its objects in space and in time. ["Show = Now."]
- Thus space and time are neither objective nor real, but subjective and
ideal fictions. [Space is objective & a priori real ("logically indepen-
dent of experience"). "REAL TIME" is subjective, and a posteriori real.]
["REAL TIMES are empirical effects, caused by Mental Vector Processes."]
- There is no object in the external world called space. [Au contraire!]
- Kant evaluated the validity and universality of space and time by the
science of Euclidean geometry- [Space is universal, "REAL TIME" is not!]
- space is an a priori form of sensibility. [Space is objective & real.]
- the science of metaphysics. [Metaphysics is beyond physics & science.]
- the concepts of space and time as subjective forms of intuition - [No!
Space, & temporal scalar labels can be objective; "TIME" is subjective!]

Like space, time is a pure form of sensible intuition a priori, - - [No!
"REAL TIME" is empirical proceeding from effects caused by "MVPs" moving
"forward in conventional time t" to causes by the ANALYSIS of the "MVPs"
thinking in a reverse of "conventional time t," to one's "Essos Edges."]
-not an empirical concept derived from our experiences. [No! "REAL TIME"
_IS_ an empirical concept derived from "Mental Vector Processes, MVPs."]

There are three different basic determinations, three modes that must be
distinguished within the idea of time, and in which the idea itself is
fulfilled: duration, succession, and simultaneity. - - [Only one "scalar
label of a duration can be "NOW TIME." Successive temporal scalar labels
are NOT all "REAL TIME," they are just future or past scalar labels. And
simultaneity, BETWEEN minds, may be the IMPORTANT "RT-synchronizaTion."]

Different times are always successive & irreversible formal orders. [No!
That's true for "conventional time t," _NOT_ for "Rhythm Based Time T."]
Like space, time is nothing but a subjective condition - - [OK for "REAL
Time," but "SCALAR LABELS OF t, and T" can be an objective "condition."]
- without this condition, there is no intuition. - [Intuition comes from
"Mental Vector Processes, MVPs" both external &, internal (from memory),
and, clocks in "BIOphysics," can be both external & internal to a mind.]

Whereas space is the formal a priori condition of outer experiences [But
this is ??? as "a priori" means: "logically independent of experience."]
-time is the formal a priori condition of appearances. [Scalar labels of
t & "T" may be a priori, but "REAL TIME" is NOT so, it is a posteriori!]
Knowledge is ultimately subject to time, which provides causally ordered
and successive relationships for representations. [Not "RhythmicTime T!"
Stand on the south/north poles, and, "T" is clockwise/counterclockwise!]
Thus, space & time are given to us a priori [Not true for "REAL TIMES."]
"Best wishes," and also kindest regards to you, and also, "Chimo!" peter
