- - - "SYNC" by Steven Henry Strogatz; Science and Spirituality XX - - -

This book according to Dr. Brian Green "-takes the reader on a thrilling
ride---from orbital patterns to sleep cycles, from flashing fireflies to
heart rhythms-." And, "we are trying to learn the rules of the circadian
symphony" (p. 73) and thence Dr. Strogatz refers to one's "master clock"
or suprachiasmatic nuclei (p. 89) which we presume can deliver important
'Mental Vector Processes, MVPs to Mind's Mental Thought Processes MTPs.'
Such 'MVPs' seem 'Transport Carriers' of 'Temporal Scalar Label Cargos.'

What's not in Steven's FINE book is a new decade of discovery after: the
1960s of "cybernetics," 70s of "catastrophe theory," 80s of "chaos," and
1990s of "complexity theory," & then "SYNC" subtitled "How Order Emerges
from Chaos in The Universe, Nature and Daily Life" (by Steven Strogatz).

There now seem TWO 'types' of SYNC which relate to TWO 'temporal types.'

A) 'Synchronization,' in 'Conventional time t' or Displacement/Velocity,
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - and, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
B) 'SynchronizaTion,' in 'Rhythm Based Time T' or 'The Mental Perception
of Lateness Relative to an Agreed (Cyclical) OnTimeness,' where 'Time T'
is measured in: Mental Angular Displacement Divided by Angular Velocity.

The former is scientific the latter SEEMS to be scientific OR spiritual!

And in fact Dr. Strogatz seems to be dealing with both 'Synchronization'
and 'SynchronizaTion,' as on page 289 he states that he finds his "sync"
<"beautiful and strange and profoundly moving, in a way that can only be
described as religious">. Yes, B) above, may merge science and religion!

Similarly, there seem two types of communication relating to t, and 'T.'

A) 'Communication' in 'Conventional time t,' involving 'Information' and
B) 'CommunicaTion' in 'Rhythm Based Time T,' involving 'InformaTion' AND
there can also be combinations of A) & B) with 't + T,' BUT NOT 't x T.'

Information, a major phenomenon of 'this world,' is divided into A) Mass
and/or Energy Information & B) 'Rhythm Based Time T or RBT InformaTion.'
We have evidence of B) from The Great Whales & so name it 'InformaTion.'
A second phenomenon, of 'this world,' is distinctly: 'Mass &/or Energy.'

Or, we could also classify phenomena as: Mass/Energy, t, 'T,' and Space.
A distinct difference is that mass &/or energy can 'flow' through space,
whereas time t & 'Time T,' as temporal scalar labels, are ONLY 'cargos.'
And, scalar labels exist IN space, transported by 'Mass/Energy Vectors.'
