Hierarchical Memetics: acknowledgment of "ethos", a conformal agreement of the conclusion of reckoning, subliminal or otherwise, yielding to a continuity of social mind-pools, schools of thought, or what "experts agree upon". The conformality of information is a byproduct of leadership creating the group awareness that respects the up-hierarchy of scientific and social protocol. To juxtapose, are not we all aware that, in past ages, earth-air-fire-water constitute the basis of earth? The problem is not gravity, but mandarin mindset
No one will ever be able to describe a solution unless and until the established leaders of science abandon their mandarin mindset against anyone stepping forward with new thinking on the subject. The Royal Society has had a manuscript in front of it since last year that is surely worthy of comment, but when a friend of the author, a member of the Institute of Physics, tried to approach them to find out their views, he was told that they do not permit such interaction and such meetings are by invitation only. Needless to say, no invitation, either to the author or his friend from the Royal Society has ever been received.Science has buried its collective head into the sand with the subject of gravity. Why? Because the solution demands they have to recognise that they may well have made some embarrassing mistakes that clearly demonstrate their own past lack of clear thinking.
Science was supposed to be about new thinking. But not if the subject is gravity. Take my word for it.

I apologise for the delay, not intended. I am a British inventor with telecom patents in the USA and Japan. A chance conversation with a wireless conference delegate, (scientist working in NIST), in SFO, challenged me to publish my ongoing thoughts on the subject of gravity. At that time, no one would do so and I self published, (under the imprint of The Leonard R. Sugerman Press), The Universe is a Cloud, Some Raw Food for Thought, 2003. Len Sugerman being my my mentor in the US. Forced to I came back to the UK, I carried on writing about gravity.
By 2005 Prof. Donald L. Birx became my co-PI and he challenged me to define experiments. By 2006 we had an industrial sponsor and a 1 Ton bar of Steel to use which I gather is the 6th largest object in Gravity research. However by then Don had moved on to Houston University System where I joined him for a few weeks early 2007. I returned to the UK before we could conclude the first experiment, but did enough to show I might be on the right track having spent most of my time in the university library reading.
Once back in the UK I set out to bring all the papers I had written between 2005 and 2007 together into a final edition now titled The Universe is a Cloud of Surplus Proton Energy. ISBN 978-0-9726484-7-9. In essence, if my overall theories are eventually proven correct, I may have completely re-written the physics and cosmology text books and in the process have defined how gravity works in all cases. As I own The Leonard R. Sugerman Press, (Len very sadly passed away in 2006), and as I believe I have a very sound foundation for the long term development of both a completely new independent research institute dedicated to gravity and new forms of alternative energy, and a public theme park; I have held onto the publication rights and I am currently working on raising the funding for the book launch. Since my return to the UK, and while I was continuing to reform my own thinking, I made a point of delivering a copy of the significant editions of the manuscript to the Royal Society. In particular, a Galley Proof ISBN 978-0-9726484-5-5 Jan 2008 and then having re-written and re-typeset the manuscript to take account of input from my own reviewers, and the needs of the printers, another, ink jet printout, ring bound of the revised manuscript to the new ISBN number was delivered by myself personally to the Royal Society May 11th, 2008. You must understand that I am NOT an academic. Again, a simple wire bound ink jet printout of the full book has been with Prof Edward Nelson, Princeton, since later last year. (I cite his paper, Dynamical Theories of Brownian Motion, second edition). My book is very controversial. No Big Bang. No Singularity. New structure for every large body in the universe and for quasar jet formation. New structure for the proton. Ideal Gas Law thrown out the proverbial window. Completely new rules for Nucleosynthesis. And, dare I say it, what Dark Energy is and how it is distributed throughout the universe. So I warn you, you might view the manuscript as a work of complete heresy as it confronts everything you have been taught.
On the plus side, Don Birx has recently commented on the final manuscript: "I don't know if I sent you a note or not, but Lin and I have been reading through your book. It is quite a masterpiece now. I can't say I'm in any more agreement than before, but you have made your case a lot more clearly. It is food for thought. Don"
