Hans D. Franke [4DWorldx] attempted to define "OSDs" with the following:

Thus real temporal concepts as "Mental 'Now Readings' OF A Clock," (plus
temporal scalars with magnitude only), are NOT your "spacial dimensions"
(which are vector variables with both magnitude and spacial directions).

For your "minimum number" you MUST include the critical word orthogonal,
as any set of axes oriented at < pi/2 radians would NOT yield "minimum."

There are: Three and Only Three "ORTHOGONAL Spacial Dimensions OSDs," as
in East, North and Up, or from "seemingly correct geometry," x, y and z.

"CETA" is: "CommunicaTions Et (And) 'TEMPS (TIME = t + T)' AssociaTion."

Major "RBC" Concepts are at: <http://www.egroups.com/message/time/14607>
- The seemingly important "MVP Concept" DEFINES: "A New Mind Concept." -
