Worming depends upon a number of factors. First, check with your vet to
see what parasites might be a problem in your location, and then schedule a
'fecal float' (or learn to do that yourself) to see if your goats have a
parasite problem. If you check your goats every so often to see if they need
it first, and then worm accordingly, You'll end up saving money and goats.
Every area of the country has its own peculiar parasite problems, so that's
what you need to become familiar with first. I have never believed in
worming on a schedule without knowing if it is really necessary. Those pesky
things do build up immunity to the various products if too many people are
giving medications 'just in case'.

Haven't seen a single study that shows herbal wormeres to be more effective than chemicals. The "study" that hoeggers uses is actually a kids high school...
