I finally have my boy and my laptop back at home and can get on with sharing some goodies with you a bit more frequently. Please be patient with me though because, pc-wise we're still struggling with only 1 between the 3 of us. And of course just my luck it's the one that I HATE using, grrrrrr ;-)
Anyway, I'm just going to create away and let you know everytime I upload something new to whichever blog. I think this might be the easiest way for me to catch up and keep you lot happy at the same time, lol.
Having said that, the tag to the left of this stat is part of a tag set I've just uploaded to my 'Kiwi Styles' blog. Just click on the link in the footer. As always, please feel free to share ... but ... please only preview ONE tag and add the link so folks can go to the blog and collect this set and whatever else they'd like for themselves. Thanks for that.
You haven't heard from me in quite a while because I am still without both my desktop (needs parts, can't afford them, lol) and my laptop computers. My son was in the house, lol, yesterday and is taking a bit of a break so he's left the laptop here for a few days.
Yay! I finally get to touch base with you and upload some goodies to my blogs. I already have 3 sets of Halloween tags up for you (peview of one above) ... that'll have to be it for Halloween this year. I know they're late, but I hope you'll enjoy them and maybe save them for next year.
You can download them from here ... http://KiwiStyles.blogspot.com I threw this blog together in a hurry ... please let me know if you find any hiccups. I wanted somewhere separate to share the goodies I make from other people's scrap kits ... so this is it. Bookmark it and check it out weekly as I may not always be able to let you know when I upload new stuff.
I am working on November's calendar collection right now ... I'll let you when it's up.
That's it for now. I need to get on and make the most of having this laptop around. Thank you all so much for sticking with me, I really do appreciate it.
So sorry for the looooong gap ... major pc woes here. We have only just managed to get this one going ... barely. I will be absent a while longer now because I need to clear this one out and get it to my techie pal to fix ... that's assuming it is fixable ... finger's crossed.
The Vista laptop is currently being used by my son for research so we (hubby & me) aren't seeing much of it these days. Good news ... yes, there is some, lol ... is that my old Windows 98 SE laptop is still working like a charm, although not connected to the internet of course. PSP7 works like a dream on it so I am able to do a bit of creating while I am offline using all the cds I have burned over the years. Lol, I knew they'd come in handy one day {^_^}
Before this pc went down I was able to get my blogs sorted ... well, I think they're ok. So for now I'll just carry on creating when I can and burn everything to cd. Then I'll sneak the other laptop, lol, to upload whenever possible. I'll drop you a note to let you know when that happens.
Keep an eye on this for this month's calendars. I still have some to upload and I may be able to do that this afternoon so check it out. Meanwhile there are 4 full-size calendars there already.
Please note that I do not require "some love" or thanks on my blogs. I create because I love it, and if you're downloading my stuff then I assume you like it too. Just checking the numbers is a real buzz for me ... and that's enough.
I am not able to check my email on a regular basis just now so if you write me please do not expect a reply anytime soon, sorry ;-( Thank goodness for Gmail.
The OE & IM letter files for this stationery are both attached ... just help yourselves. Just change the toppers to suit your letter ... a zip of 8 toppers are also attached.
I'll be back later with a little something before I head off to bed.
I guess by now it's fairly obvious that I have been struggling a bit with my health. Over the past 2 or 3 months my doctor and various specialists have been "fiddling about" with my meds to try and find the right combinations for me. Anyway, long story short ... I think they've got it about right now. I've haven't felt this good for a long time now so fingers crossed, eh.
Thank you to those of you who have sent me well wishes ... much appreciated and they brought a smile to my face each and every one. And thank you all for hanging in there with me I really appreciate it.
Now ... due to working between pcs and not being able to do a certain amount of creating on the horrible Vista laptop I've been left with a bit of a mess to sort out. However I seem to be able to sit at the pc alot longer now so I hope to be able to continue sharing with you while I clean up my hard drives.
I have played around with a few scrap kits, etc while stuck in bed and I have a wee mini kit to share with you this evening ... it'll be right along very shortly.
The OE & IM letter files for this stat are attached ... just help yourselves. There's a sig tag attached for you also. Please feel free to share if you wish.
Sorry to have been missing for so long. I was stuck upstairs in bed and our wireless internet connection doesn't reach there. However I have been playing on the laptop when I felt up to it so I do have some shares ready for you now. Unfortunately it's still not quite past the 10th of August so I still need to watch how much broadband I use, so just one share today ... sorry about that.
I've made up some scrappy things for you ... I had lots of fun making these. They are kinda like quick pages, but they're not quick pages because they are no more than 450 x 450 ... so I'm just calling them "scrap frames". I've used one at the top of this letter as a sample. I've filled my frame with my favourite cafe food. Yum, can't wait to get out and about again so I can stop in at "The Coffee Club" and indulge, lol.
The zip is attached and includes this border in case you'd like to use it. You don't have to of course, because as always you can do whatever you like with my shares. Just please remember to always keep any artist's credits &/or links intact ... that's a must ... thanks.
