[ TVA's 60's era 870 net MWe "winter dependable" Bull Run coal plant's
tower is visible for miles, and has a flashing light, but it doesn't put
out "black smoke." Not that it doesn't spew tons of stuff you can't see,
but did I mention the 870 MWe, net "winter dependable", on less than about
4 square miles (2560 acres) including ash dump, but excluding coal
mines...
