Candy - I too wish that they would have left well enough alone. This
is the direction Yahoo is going so we have to just deal with it.
Yahoo wouldnt respond to a petition, they have instituted the new
profiles and we have to live with it.
I explained our concerns that the old info was not migrated to the new
profiles. They insist that the info was. I think they transferred the
360 info not the old profile info.
If members are using one of their Yahoo Alias' and not their main
profile in your group they have to use the "search" feature on the
profile setup and link their Alias to their main profile. That of
course defeats the purpose of having multiple ID's.
I am not having much luck with the members in my group understanding
all the components of the profiles (even giving them Yahoo
instructions) or how to manage their settings.

IMO if they dont update- then boot them out of Yahoo until they comply.
