Sorry if this is not correctly posted. I rarely post and get a bit lost in the
interface.

Issue was that USB went away, WIFI went away, and other problems with odd drive
letters. All worked iwith Puppy Linux liveCD though.

I began having problems on my workstation using the same XP iso DVD yesterday.I
had used the same DVD image for both computers. On the workstation, I reloaded
from the same DVD and all was well. I will reload the laptop tonight, and I
think the issues will also go away. There may have been a smudge on the surface,
or a glitch in reading the DVD mage.

Thanks for good input again. I think this issue is just a bad ISO or DVD read.
