Hi Bryan,
I listen to the audio a couple of times and it sounds like a interference from
two way radio as I had something similar while recording with the military.
I noted that the first part is like a call on a two way and soon after a
response. They also seems to be on the move as the interference dies away and
gets less presence on the audio. Did you have anymore of that throughout the
shoot or just at that point?
Was there any military presence or similar powerful broadcaster around where
your shoot was?

Just a thought!(is better to be that than to have your system on a engineer
bench!)

Did you ever get this problem resolved? Also, about how many pixels' worth of RF were you getting at the receiver at the time? David Thomas Lectrosonics...
