Hello Legacy LA members -

As you can undoubtedly see, we are in the process of pulling the email group
together.  Yesterday I sent out "invitations" for people to join, plus one
member joined on her own.  Please bear with me over the next few days as we
sort out the details and get things organized.
If you have any friends who you think might enjoy a group of this nature,

email address and I will send them an invitation.
Meanwhile, if you have not already done so, you can participate in a rally
called the people's ratification of the Kyoto Protocol by signing an online
petition.  Details follow my signature.  The Montreal session mentioned is a
real UNFCCC conference (part of the Legacy story at page 99) taking place
next week.

Help in our two-week drive to collect signatures for the People's
Ratification of the Kyoto Global Warming Treaty.  We now have 35,000
signatures; we'd like to have 50,000 by Dec. 3rd.   These additional
signatures will make our presence in Montreal stronger and help us lay the
groundwork for a far more massive drive aimed at next year's congressional
