Is it true that one has to contact Support in order to delete an account? When faced with a similar requirement before, on other websites/ in real life (e.g. my experience with mobile carrier Orange detailed here:
http://gorgeoux.blogspot.com/2006/04/good-service-is-bad-for-business.html), I considered it unfriendly and time consuming.
I don't plan on leaving LinkedIn soon. Was only quite surprised to hear about this, as otherwise I'm more than pleased with the functionalities. Curious about your thoughts.
