That might be the case, but I think a high traffic site like
HuffPo has people on staff to moderate comments. No matter if I use Facebook or
my own account there, my comments always appear quickly. :)

Subject: [LinkedinBloggers] Facebook Connect and Huffington Post
I posted a comment this morning on a Huffington
Post piece by Craig Newmark (http://tinyurl.com/n84m6z).
Instead of registering with Huffington Post to comment (they still require
registration to post moderated comments, which is sort of sad) I used my
Facebook account, an option that Huffington Post provides.
When I posted the comment I received the reply that the comment was being held
by Huffington Post for moderation. When I checked with Facebook I saw my
comment had already been posted. My comment was later moderated and approved by
Huffington Post.
Is the moral of this story that using Facebook Connect is one way to bypass
moderation restrictions imposed by some web sites?
