Dear Linkedin Malaysia friends,

I would like to introduce myself to the members of Linkedin Malaysia.
I am working as Manager - Business Development for a leading
recruitment agency specializing in Oil & Gas, Civil & Power Sector
(Engineering, Construction). I have a separate Operational Team who
executes the requirements I generate from my clients. I do the hand
holding between the new clients & Recruiting Team till certain comfort
level is established. I am not involved into execution (Recruitment).

Normally Senior Recruiters or Operation Managers do Business
Development also. I am just wondering whether Recruitment Agencies
hire Business Development Positions for promoting their services. I am
exploring better options in same function in Oil & Gas, Civil, Power
Sector, Hospitality Verticals.
