Hello Everyone,

I returned in January early this year from the very successful
Malaysia Pavilion at CES International 2008. I was pleased to receive
Congratulations concerning our efforts and for the efforts of the
entire MIDA team from Isham Ishak, Minister Counselor Malaysia. He
stated that hecongratulated everyone on our great work and the
definite success of the Malaysia Pavilion at CES 2008. He also stated
that Malaysian reporters had attended CES and had written a very
favorable article on the strong attendance, beautiful pavilion design
and positive networking achieved at CES 2008..

Welcome to our new members and all our readers who have an interest
in Malaysia..Thanks for your support and outstanding participation in
2008 ... For those of you reading Linkedin Malaysia from many other

Isham Ishak is a consummate professional and has broad international
trade and business development and expertise. Prior to his
appointment as Minister Counselor Malaysia, Isham was Special Officer
to The Honorable Rafidah Aziz, Minister of International Trade and
Industry Malaysia and served in that position for 2 ½ years. He was
substantially involved in all recent international trade policy and
negotiations representing Malaysia including WTO, APEC, OIC, ASEM and
ASEAN.

MITI, The Ministry of International Trade and Industry promotes and
safeguards Malaysia's interests in the international trade arena.
MITI also spearheads the development of industrial activities to
further enhance Malaysia's economic growth. Under the authority of
MITI are the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA),
Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), National
Productivity Corporation (NPC) and Small and Medium Industries
Development Corporation (SMIDEC).

Isham Haji Ishak is an esteemed member of Linkedin Malaysia and told
me that he enjoys and appreciates the questions, comments and interest
