This video covers the basics of data management in Investor/RT and answers common questions such as "Why can't I see data 20 days back in my chart?" and "Do I have to manually backfill my charts each day"?  This video is highly recommended for new users, but I recommend everyone view it in order to ensure that you have Investor/RT setup optimally for your data requirements.
