hey up lads,whats a good engine oil to put in my cs6, proberly dont want to use to heavy detergent as dont know whats been in it before,and dont want it to remove too much carbon from behind rings( it smokes as much as i want it to as it is)

Nick if you are in the UK, Morris lubricants do a vintage engine oil range which includes monograde sae 10 to sae 50, I think sae 30 is the one for the CS ...
