Subject: updated website... at last

With apologies for the delay, because nothing new could be published on the
DfT site during the election period, and there has been a massive backlog
since then, the ITWMC site is now fully updated for the 2005 campaigns.

For those already familiar with the campaigns, the top link goes straight to
what's new for this year. Links below that give more general and useful
introductory background information. And links to the European site give
access to the updated handbook, charter, event registration pages and
downloadable tools, logos, posters etc.

Please have a quick whiz around the new pages, then contact me if anything's
not clear or you want any specific advice etc. I look forward to event
registrations pouring into my inbox over the next four months - who will be
first this year?
