Sorry, I should have qualified by saying that n-gons resulting from booleans do not port well as OBJ, so it seems to me anyway.....n-gons do port OK via OBJ. ...

Hey Butch, As far as I know, this is not possible. But you should get the same SubD Object as you have in Modo by simply converting it into subD's in Maya....
