MAS-MCAS lecture: Dr. Mike Fuller

As President of the Mound City Archaeological Society -- the St.
Louis Chapter of the Missouri Archaeological Society -- I'd like
to invite everyone to our next monthly meeting, which will be
held this Tuesday, May 6, at 7:00 pm at the St. Louis County
Library Headquarters, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd. (across from Plaza
Frontenac).

This month's featured speaker will be Dr. Mike Fuller, Professor
of Anthropology at St. Louis Community College at Florissant
Valley and President of the St. Louis Chapter of the
Archaeological Institute of America. His talk is titled,
“Archaeological Remains of the Crusaders”, and should be
very interesting.

The Chapter business meeting will follow the lecture and will
end absolutely no later that 8:55 pm. Both activities are free
and open to the public. I do hope you’ll consider sticking
around after the lecture, because we’ve got a lot of
exciting things to talk about. Things like site visits,
excavations, research projects, symposiums, lectures, and
exhibits, just to name a few.
