David and Douglas --- thanks for your mail and explanation.
I can only assume that the NOAA 19 ATOVS on EPS-14 has been delayed ( I know
you and Douglas get it anyway for testing ) as I am receiving L2 ATOVS from
Metop on EPS-4. Not important I know as the data cannot yet be used, but
useful to keep up to date with new data availability in case of queries from
others.
