I notice that the Metop data ( and associated products ) has stopped. The
last chunk was the 08.19 which was just a small image strip.

Hopefully will be back at the start of the next ( one behind ) orbit.

Regards
Ian.

Hi all

maybe one of you has already had the same issue.

I changed my receiver system from kernel 2.4 to kernel 2.6.
Now the b2c2 drivers aren't used anymore. Together with b2c2 there was a tool
named b2status. A very useful tool showing me e.g. if the receiver is locked
to the satellite, the SNR etc.

Does anyone of you know if there is a tool with similar functionality for
dvb-eumetcast resp. dvbnet

Best regards

Heiko Schellhorn

Ryan,
My software xrit2pic can also run in command line mode (Linux, also
compilable for other Unixes). There is even a version without all the
gui stuff included, so you don't need the gtk libraries.
A command example:

xrit2pic -nogui -sat METOP-A -chan VIS006

Currently you cannot specify an area in command mode, but I can add that.
If you are interested contact me off-line:
