WHY NOT MONORAIL?

Monorail, Maglev and PRT.

The Greater-Houston area discussion group for promoting better transportation systems for our region. This group is for the promotion and achievement of viable Monorail and Mag Lev transit which can improve the quality of life and allow safe, dependable, real mass transportation solutions while using minimal land area.

Mass transportation is not just about Houston, but must include all surrounding areas including Katy, Conroe, Humble, Sugar Land, Richmond, Clear Lake, Spring, Webster and all other outlying communities.

MagLev elevated rail is a viable solution to longer range transit which can provide downtown-to-downtown travel rather than airplane travel. This would be ideal for travel between Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Galveston.

Monorail can be easily utilized in our growth areas for local commuting, linking our diverse centers with a safe efficient transit system.

All are welcome to join and discuss.

No use of profanity or direct attacks on others will be tolerated.

Debating issues and finding viable solutions is encouraged.
